By booking an online video consultation (Rs 1500), you agree to the following conditions:

• The online consultation fee must be paid in full prior to the session.
• An online consultation does not replace a physical examination. Depending on your condition, Dr. Swamy may require you to visit the hospital for a physical assessment or surgery.
• Appointment times are approximate. While we strive to adhere strictly to schedules, medical emergencies may cause delays.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your online or in-person appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds for online consultation fees are subject to our refund policy and will only be issued if the cancellation is made within the acceptable time frame, or if the clinic cancels the appointment.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when filling out appointment forms or contacting the clinic. You are prohibited from using the website to transmit any unlawful, threatening, or offensive material, or attempting to compromise the security of the website.
